Labor powerbroker Graham Richardson says the climate target Labor brings to the next election is going to have to be very measured No one wants to be too game and too courageous at this stage of the political cycle Mr Richardson told Sky News So I would have thought that itll be a very tame old effort But at least its something whatever comes out of this is better than what we had before
