What is a Sales Advice?

This document sets out the terms and conditions of the sale agreed to between the vendor and purchaser.

The sales advice contains information such as the sale price, conditions of the sale, vendors and purchasers details and their solicitors details. This is sent by the agent to the lawyers and it instructs them to prepare the contract of sale.
